How do you price projects?
We scope first (site visit or drawings), define tasks and SLAs, then quote a fixed fee or unit rates (e.g., m², hourly, per visit). Long-term operations/cleaning are priced on monthly retainers with agreed response times.

What’s included in Property Operations & Leasing?
Tenant care and communications, utilities/metering, vendor coordination, planned maintenance, statutory compliance, incident response, and monthly reporting. Optional add-ons: capex planning, caretaker on site, and after-hours callouts.

What does Construction Site Preparation cover?
Clearing and grading, temporary access/haul roads, fencing and signage, utility coordination, waste removal, and safe handover to the general contractor. We can also align with survey control and traffic plans where required.

Do you maintain municipal/public buildings?
Yes—preventive and reactive maintenance with SLAs (HVAC, lighting, minor repairs, safety checks, caretaker routines). We schedule around opening hours and events to minimize disruption.

What types of cleaning do you offer?
Industrial deep cleans (warehouses, production halls, post-build), building/common-area cleaning, and routine office services (reception, corridors, restrooms, high-touch surfaces, consumables). Frequency: one-off, scheduled, or on-demand.

What documents do you need for real-estate transactions?
Typically: ownership and cadastral data, permits and technical files, utility records, recent valuations, and IDs for KYC. We coordinate data rooms, due diligence, permits, escrow/registration, and closing documentation.
